Everything else. What a disappointment after the Fassbind Alpha-Palmiers. Don't get misled by the Fassbind name. Stinky, really worn out and expensive. Avoid.

The hotel is brilliantly clean and the staff is welcoming. It is based in a nicely decorated building in a fantastic location, right in front of the metro station. - It is conveniently located near the center, restaurants, bars, and shops in central Lausanne. - the breakfast food, including bacon, fresh bread, and meats, was good.

Very friendly staff who were fluent in English and helpful with giving out tourist information (as well as a 24hr public transport travel pass).
It's not major, but wi-fi access was not free - it cost us about 9 Swiss Francs for 24hrs - a small concession for a great location, right outside a metro station.
